KELVIN sells in-race neck cooling products for endurance athletes. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

All prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to accept or decline any order.

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Pre-orders are charged and fulfilled in waves as stated at checkout.

We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
• Customs duties for international orders are your responsibility.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Single-use cooling elements cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons, except where required by law.

KELVIN cooling elements are single-use, skin-safe pads intended for external use on the neck. Follow the printed instructions. Discontinue use if you experience irritation and consult a medical professional if needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KELVIN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
